Brief:
The school was founded in 1952. The school entrance is inside a parking lot behind the Court of Justice that is located in Salah Aldin Street. The main goal was to meet the needs of the Jerusalem community to work with and take care of the marginalized and needy girls and women who were left without safe place, and to give them opportunities to learn and acquire skills to help them at work and dignified living dignified surroundings. It evolved later to establish a kindergarten, serving low-income families to participate in their pursuit of livelihood while having their children in good hands.
After the 1967 was and the occupation of Jerusalem, and in order to meet the needs of the Jerusalem community, the kindergarten evolved into a primary school. It made sure to provide a very special education that focuses on raising good citizens in a loving and safe environment. The school provides extra currecular activities for the children, such as: arts, music, dabkeh, special education, and a library to encourage reading, and many other activities that help in building the child's persnality and promote community values.
The school is a private one, for both boys and girls. Its building consists of 2 floors with a total area of 728 sq.m. It contains: 10 classrooms, a library, a hall for activities, a science laboratory, 3 internal bathroom units, and some yards (228 sq.m) that are partially covered, and also has an administration and secretary room, and teachers' room.
